The Interview

What motivated you to change your smile?

I had wanted to straighten my teeth for a long time as I never had the opportunity as a child. When a colleague got braces I was motivated to also get them.

How did you feel during the process, was your treatment comfortable?

The process was painless- even pleasant I would say! I love going to the dentist now! After some weeks I could already see the difference and it was really fast from then on. Dr Jones and all the staff are super friendly, calm and explain everything they do very clearly.

How do you feel about the result, did it match or exceed your expectations?

Fantastic result! It absolutely matched my expectations. I feel confident in my smile!

Is it something you would recommend to family and friends?

Definitely! Already one of my colleagues is under treatment… and there will be more to come I am sure!

How has your new smile changed your life, what difference will it make to you?

More confidence and more smiling in front of the mirror.

If I could give these guys 6 stars I would! This is the second time I've been treated by Tim and his team, the first being a brand new smile 17 years ago which was & has been amazing until this year which is the first time I have had a problem. 17 years! It's a testament to the quality of work they produce. Earlier this year, one of my front teeth broke at the root meaning an implant & crown was required. Everybody involved has been outstanding from Joe who performed the Emergency temporary repair and Zacki who performed the Extraction, all the way through to Emma and the rest of the admin team; not forgetting Tim himself who's attention to detail is the same today as it was 17 years ago! Your smile is the first thing people notice, you can do no better then the London Smile Clinic. First Class, Well done.
