This patient presented to us with a number of concerns with her teeth and requested a full smile makeover. The teeth were aligned initially using fixed orthodontic braces. Once the teeth were straightened Dr Russell contoured the gums and an implant was placed. Finally we then used a combination of veneers and crowns to give this truly amazing result.

This patient presented with very worn lower teeth, heavily restored back teeth and small upper crowns with unnatural proportions. His bite was also incorrect. The final results were achieved with hygiene, a gum lift and then 12 upper and 10 lower all-ceramic restorations. It’s not only a remarkable aesthetic change but the patients function is also vastly improved.

Michelle was concerned about her small teeth, excess gum display and missing teeth. Orthodontics was used to move the teeth into the ideal position. This patient had a range of problems resulting from crowding, tooth decay, discolouration and an uneven bite. Porcelain veneers and crowns were used on 24 upper and lower teeth to replace all previous dentistry, to align crowding, to lighten in colour, to create a stable and comfortable bite function and a pleasing, natural-looking smile.
