Client Interview:

What motivated you to change your smile?

I was self conscious smiling and having pictures taken. I wanted to have amore relaxed smile, showing straight teeth.

What treatment have you had?

A combination of lingual fixed braces (Incognito) on my top teeth and ceramic braces on the bottom.

How did you feel during the process, was your treatment comfortable?

I was uncomfortable at times as my teeth moved, it never lasted long though and I always took this as a sign the braces were working.

How do you feel about the result, did it match or exceed your expectations?

It has exceeded my expectations, my teeth are straight and my gums more rounded to give a nicer smile. Its better than I thought it would be.

Is it something you would recommend to family and friends?

Definitely, I already have.

How has your new smile changed your life, what difference will it make to you?

It’s given me much more confidence.

Sum up your experience in one word:

Worthwhile!

How did the team contribute to you experience?

Greatly. They were always very relaxed, confident and friendly. It was nice to come here even if the visit was for an extraction!
